Digital Downloads All digital download sales are final. Because digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we'll make it right.
Print-on-Demand Physical Products We want you to love your order! Because our products (apparel, mugs, canvas prints, journals, and phone cases) are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues.
However, we will gladly replace or refund your order if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your order is lost in transit
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
